Hi, I'm Hailey Andrews — a former Division I pitcher from Kennesaw State University and former college coach at Augusta University. I've been coached by some of the top pitching minds in the country and now bring that knowledge and experience to each lesson I teach.
My mission is to help pitchers build a strong foundation from the ground up through proper mechanics, mental toughness, and game awareness. I’m passionate about training athletes to not only develop their skills but also to enhance their softball IQ and confidence on the mound.

About me !
A former Division I pitcher at Kennesaw State University and college coach at Augusta University. With years of high-level playing and coaching experience, I’m passionate about helping young athletes reach their full potential both physically and mentally.
During my senior season at KSU in 2019, I led the ASUN Conference with 216 innings pitched and 232 strikeouts — ranking 23rd in the NCAA and 4th in school history for single-season strikeouts. I was honored as ASUN Pitcher of the Week twice and threw 25 complete games, including a career-high 15-strikeout performance. Prior to KSU, I earned first-team all-conference honors and notched 152 strikeouts as a sophomore at Indian River State College. My high school career included All-State selections and school strikeout records.
My coaching approach is built on proper mechanics, discipline, and softball IQ — the same fundamentals that took me to the next level. Whether you're just starting or preparing for college ball, I offer personalized instruction to help pitchers build confidence, maximize their abilities, and dominate the game from the mound.
